We are excited to announce save the date for 2026 Gathering to be in Philadelphia, PA USA.
Preparations and arrangements are currently in progress for the 2026 Clan Munro USA Gathering in Philadelphia, PA.

Itinerary
Thursday, June 25th 2026
- Registration at Loew's Philadelphia Hotel from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
- Reception hosted by Clan Munro includes drinks and appetizers at Loew's Hotel from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Dinner on your own.
Firday, June 26th 2026
- Breakfast is own your own.
- Bus arrives at the Liberty Bell at 11:00 am. You may opt to go to either the Liberty Bell or the Independence Visitor Center and see one of two short movies.
- Luncheon and AGM at Kimpton Hotel to be enjoyed at the top of the hotel. Beer, wine, and soft drinks are included in your lunch as well as desserts.
- Return to the Loew's Hotel around 3:15 pm. On your own for dinner.
- For those interested in an evening tour of the city via a double decker bus from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, there will be an additional charge for this. You are permitted to bring adult beverages on board with you (in non-glass containers).
Saturday, June 27th, 2026
- Pick up Loew's Philadelphia Hotel 9:20 am & 9:30 am pick up at Residence Inn.
- You will have a choice to either choose the Franklin Institute or the Philadelphia Art Museum to attend. Franklin Institute drop off 9:45 am and Philadelphia Art Museum drop off 10:00 am.
- Reboard Franklin Institute guests at 11:10 am to meet group at Philadelphia Museum.
- Guests from both museums will meet to have a group photo in front of the Rocky statue.
- Reboard all guests at 11:30 am.
- Travel to the Hilton at Penn's Landing for lunch from 12 to 2:30 pm. After lunch, free time to walk around Penn's Landing to view the Irish Memorial, Scottish Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Moshulu.
- Formal dinner will be atop Loew's Hotel on the 33rd floor overlooking the city of Philadelphia. 6:00 to 7:00 pm - Cash Bar; 8:00 to 10:30 pm - Banquet
Sunday - June 27th, 2026
- Pick up Loew's Hotel at 8:30 am & Residence Inn at 8:40 am.
- Kirken at St Mark’s Church.
- Reboard guests 10:00 am
- Return guests to Loew's Hotel and Residence Inn for checkout by 11:00.
