We are very excited about our 2027 Clan Munro Gathering which will be held in the beautiful city of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The dates are July 29 to August 1, 2027.

Hotel & Accommodation Information

We have secured a room block at a preferred rate for Gathering attendees. Below are the hotel and reservation details. Rates are per room, per night. Subject to availability; rooms in the block are limited, so please book early to guarantee the rate:

      SPECIAL RATE: $229.00 CAN per night plus 19% tax
      Breakfast is $25.00 CAN per person plus taxes and a Service Charge. It is a Breakfast Buffet.
      A deposit of one night's room and tax charge to a credit card is required
      Reservation deposits will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled BY THE GUEST no later than 72 hours prior to scheduled check in day and time
      Location for Formal Banquet
      Parking is $33.00 daily CAN

Please note: Hotel contracts for our Gatherings are signed more than a year in advance and include a commitment to reserve a specific number of guest rooms. If attendees cancel their reservations and those rooms are not rebooked by other guests, Clan Munro remains financially responsible for the unfilled portion of our room commitment. We just ask that you are thoughtful when reserving rooms and please inform us if you decide to cancel your reservation.
